Employment Procedure

After receipt of all the above documents, they have to be attested from the Chamber of Commerce and Nepalese Embassy in UAE. Then, the documents will be forwarded to the Head office in Nepal.

Interview

Interview can be scheduled within 7 days. Following are the procedure to be followed

Day 01 : Submission of the documents to the relevant authority
Day 07 : Initial labour approval
Day 09 : Advertisement in authorized daily newspaper
Day 10 : Pre-screening of the eligible candidates as per given criteria
Day 12 : Final Interview by the Client

Fitness Check up

To ensure all the selected candidates are medically fit. They are sent for medical fitness check-up to the authorized medical centers.

Visa Processing

The documents of the selected candidates, who are medically fit, are only submitted to the client for further visa processing.

Mobilization

On receipt of visa, it takes approximately 1 (one) week to get the final labour approval and insurance including 2

The objective of this class is to educate the candidates about work place environment before their departure.

Hence, it approximately takes 4 weeks to deploy candidates after receiving demand letter.

Note:

• Visa should be issued from the same company under which the Demand letter is made otherwise you need to mention all sister companies name and their trade license number in guarantee letter
• The same job title has to be specified in Demand letter which is going to appear on visa (Different title other than specified will not be approved in Nepal Immigration)
